REACHING BACK NEVER FELT SO GOOD.
Youth Day is a dedicated day designed for every elementary, middle, and high school student alongside there families to attend and meet those featured in the exhibition as well as enjoy refreshments, an artcraft and most importantly a motivational presentation.

REPRESENTATION DOES MATTER.
The impact on the youth is important to the success of our exhibit. We are inviting various predominately minority middle and high schools to have a certain number of their classes sign up for one of our allotted exhibition tours, and then invite the general student body of those schools to attend our Youth Day weekend.

Our primary goal is to point back to the youth.
IF THEY SEE BETTER, THEY'LL DO BETTER.
Not only will it reconstruct the one-dimensional (negative) cultural representation of African Americans into its proper perspective as a thriving, vibrant, positive, infinite culture and to share that transformative image through our artistic vision, it will increase cultural awareness and cultural appreciation to friends, family, classmates, and teachers. It will also bring open discussion and broader viewpoints.
