Danielle Garrett

A native of Daytona Beach, Danielle Garrett is proud to call Central Florida home. She is a home-grown success story, starting from her days at Campbell Middle School and Mainland High School. She then received her Associate of Arts from Daytona State College, followed by her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida, and finally, a Master's in Business Administration from Strayer University.

Danielle currently serves as the Legal Department Special Projects Coordinator of Brown & Brown, Inc., a leading insurance brokerage. During her nearly decade-long tenure at Brown & Brown, she has also supported other key leaders, including a Regional President within the Retail segment, the Chief Recruiting Officer and the Director of Events. Danielle is a founding member of Brown & Brown's Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Task Force, dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging and building a team that thrives on diversity of talent. She is also a certified Notary Public and a Florida licensed general lines insurance agent.

Danielle is a fierce champion for her community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Statuary Fund (2018-present), the Daytona Beach Pop Warner Association (2013-present) and a member of the Women United Volusia Board (2021-present).
